Kinesiyoga – Accept your body to accept yourself

Our first workshop was a success. We’re now coming out with a new theme for a second Kinesiyoga workshop!

In this workshop, Marie and I combine our practices, kinesiology and yoga (both based on body awareness) to help you get rid of your prejudices and change the way you see yourself.

With the kinesiology tools, we will identify everybody’s individual limits and help you break free. You will then follow a short guided meditation and a yoga practice to loosen up the mental blocks found by kinesiology and move closer to self-reconciliation and self-acceptance.

After the practice, we’ll end the workshop on a friendly note by sharing snacks!

Yoga & Coaching – Boosting self-confidence

Want to take care of yourself and increase your confidence to move forward ? This workshop is for you!

In this workshop, La Maison SaJ’ and Be Your Best Self are teaming up, combining coaching and yoga for you to:

  • learn to love yourself better and boost your self-esteem
  • rationalize your fear of failure and take action more calmly
  • relax more and improve alignment
  • get over your fears…on and off your mat!

Coaching allows us to work on ourselves, take a step back and make space for an introspection that leads to better confidence and self-knowledge.
More importantly, coaching provides concrete exercises to change your beliefs and take action.

Yoga gives your mind a break by letting the body and the breath take over. Through breathing and intentional movement, we reconnect with ourselves, let go of our fears and self-imposed limits to get to know ourselves better and be confident moving forward. Yoga brings more kindness into our world, and it starts with our own selves.

Kinésiyoga – Dépassez vos limites et révélez votre plein potentiel

During this workshop, Marie and I will be combining our practices, kinesiology and yoga (both based on listening to the body) to help you get rid of physical, emotional and energy blocks and access your full potential!

The kinesiology tools will allow us to identify and break free from our individual limitations. Then, we will instruct a short, guided meditation followed by a yoga practice to overcome the blocks identified by kinesiology and to find serene relaxation.

After the practice, we’ll end the workshop on a friendly note by sharing snacks!

Yoga & Ayurveda – Retrouvez forme et équilibre

Venez découvrir avec Claire et moi l’Ayurveda, cette approche globale de la santé qui nous vient d’Inde, et comment y intégrer votre pratique du Yoga !

Programme de l’atelier:

– Accueil & chaï tea réconfortant
– Introduction des pratiques et découverte de votre dosha (votre consitution ayurvédique),
– Pratique d’asana (pratique physique des postures de yoga) adaptée à votre dosha,
– Discussion: “introduire l’ayurvéda dans votre quotidien selon votre dosha”
– Petit en-cas ayurvédique post-pratique

Claire est praticienne en Ayurveda diplômée du centre Tapovan. Elle pratique le yoga depuis plusieurs années, devenue accro au bien-être que cela lui procure!
