A little about myself!

I love yoga, I love music, I love people, I love nature ! I love to travel, dance, eat, talk, sleep, laugh, walk..! I love the warmth of sunshine on my skin and the sound of people laughing!

Through my discovery of yoga, I discovered myself, and I am so grateful for that ! With my practice I have learned to listen to my body, my mind, and my soul. I have built confidence, I have developed awareness in my body and soul and an intuition that drives me in everything I do, and I have found motivation to try everyday to become the best version of myself.

I would love to connect with you, share my practice and everything it made possible for me ! Through my classes, workshops and retreats (coming soon), I want to inspire you to find your truth, you inner self, so that you can share your magic with the world, because we need it, and we need it now !
